Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with business process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope for system integration
- Implements integration solutions, conducts testing, and oversees deployment while providing technical support to end-users
- Monitors system performance, identifies areas for improvement, and optimizes system reliability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years of experience with system architecture and integration technologies
- 6+ years of experience in analyzing complex technical issues and developing solutions
- Ability to manage integration projects and adapt to changing technologies
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
