Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee field investigators and ensure efficient investigative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities and performance of field investigators in the assigned territory
• Prepare and review case updates for client review, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and address case-related inquiries

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience as a Case Manager in the insurance industry or in an Assistant Operations Manager role
• Experience in staffing assessments and recruitment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong time-management and leadership abilities
