Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the site strategy to position the firm as a leader in CQV services
• Drive site-level business expansion and development while maintaining client relationships
• Oversee the career development and performance of the entire site team

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree (and/or Masters) in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years in advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech experience
• At least 8 years managing high-performing teams
• Minimum of 8 years in business development, lead generation, or sales experience
• Experience operating as a trusted strategic advisor to organizational decision-makers
