Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine the operational framework for managed services to ensure reliable delivery
• Lead the managed services team to enhance customer product usage, satisfaction, and retention
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve service level agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading managed services functions for technology products, preferably in healthcare or life sciences
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer usage and retention through strategic planning
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and service delivery models
• Experience in implementing process improvements and automation, including AI integration
• Exceptional leadership skills with a history of developing high-performing teams
