Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist in the Medical Management department.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend non-clinical processes, policies, and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness
• Manage non-clinical projects across Medical Management departments and ensure timely achievement of project milestones
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved operational performance and implement necessary changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare operations or project management
• Preferred experience with Electronic Medical Record Systems or other medical documenting systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management systems
• Project Management Certification preferred
