Order Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Operations Specialist to support their Google team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject-matter expert for Workspace for Education ordering questions and escalations
• Develop partner-facing resources and train internal teams on ordering best practices
• Manage order quality and assist partners with onboarding and program agreements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience with Google support is desired
• Ability to create guidance for order processing teams
• Experience in program management and quality assurance for order management
• Familiarity with revenue recognition processes in Google's systems
