Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery CSM to support high-value clients and ensure a high-touch client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the client interface for customer service regarding Inventory Control and Asset Decommissioning
- Manage asset tracking and reporting for lifecycle management, including decommissioning and security certification
- Oversee third-party vendors for warranty management and process improvements related to asset disposal
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of enterprise-level program or project management experience, preferably in IT, logistics, or asset lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of internal logistics and customer-facing project coordination
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and triage asset requests from stakeholders
- Proven ability to self-manage and make independent decisions
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach, maintaining composure under pressure
