Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain partner data rule sets and reports, ensuring quality assurance and data verification
- Develop report templates and facilitate data exchange between partners and the university
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, including systems and data management
- Experience with data management systems, preferably student information systems like Banner
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
