Job Summary
A company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator (Remote in one of the posted markets ONLY).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure compliance with procedures and policies
- Manage client inquiries, collect work orders, and maintain performance reports
- Monitor external activities related to facility management, such as waste disposal and recycling
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Experience with CMMS and vendor management is a plus
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products
- Basic math skills for calculating simple figures
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
