Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships between BPO vendors and internal teams
- Oversee vendor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and service levels
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years managing Contact Center Operations
- 5+ years managing or interfacing with Business Process Outsourcers (BPOs)
- BS/BA in Operations Management or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in business optimization and process review
- Hands-on experience with call center technologies
