Strategic Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Operations and Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Director to shape and execute strategic priorities and program development
• Support outreach to various stakeholders and maintain engagement records
• Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and establishing internal systems for operations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in nonprofits, social enterprises, or related sectors
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and balance strategic and operational tasks
• Commitment to labor rights, environmental justice, and equitable global supply chains
• Familiarity with workplace tools such as Microsoft 365 and Notion
• Experience in fundraising or donor relations preferred
