Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Care Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing Care Leadership Team, ensuring quality patient-centric care
• Collaborate with leadership on business planning and provide strategic direction to the Care Team
• Oversee daily operations, define performance expectations, and partner with various departments for process optimization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the telehealth space, ideally in Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
• 7+ years of direct leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience in forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning
• Active RN license required
• Bachelor's Degree required
