Senior Director of Demand Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Demand Planning for HOKA & Emerging Brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead demand shaping strategies to identify risks and opportunities across channels
• Own the demand planning process and engage stakeholders throughout operational and strategic timelines
• Manage inventory profiles and ensure successful product launch initiatives from a demand forecasting perspective

Required Qualifications

• Business or Supply Chain degree preferred
• APICS, CIPS/CILT, or 6-sigma certification desirable
• 13+ years of experience in leadership roles, with at least 10+ years in senior management over a team of 15+ employees
• Experience in demand planning for a global organization with multiple distribution channels exceeding $1BB+
• Strong understanding of planning practices, technology, and the global footwear industry
