• Support developer engagement activities across India, including blockchain clubs and hackathons
• Coordinate event logistics and manage community communications
• Track and systematize DevRel activities, measure KPIs, and assist with operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Prior involvement in blockchain/Web3, hackathons, and developer communities
• Experience in community-building and organizing activities
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple events and deadlines
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with developer culture
• Good communication skills (written and spoken)
