Operations Solutions UAT Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Solutions UAT Specialist to act as a liaison during testing phases between technology teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for testing-related communications
• Prepare test plans and create test cases to validate system functionality
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues using JIRA

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in the mortgage industry
• Experience with Encompass LOS
• Knowledge of mortgage workflow and agency guidelines
• Familiarity with compliance and disclosure requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
