A company is looking for a Director of Claims System Configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and maintenance of employer group system configurations to ensure accurate claims processing
- Supervise department personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Develop and maintain configuration standards and documentation to ensure scalability and repeatability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience in health plan configuration or claims system setup
- 5+ years of leadership experience in system configuration or benefit operations
- Experience in building new configuration platforms or leading system migrations
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA
