Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Claims System Configuration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the setup and maintenance of employer group system configurations to ensure accurate claims processing
  • Supervise department personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Develop and maintain configuration standards and documentation to ensure scalability and repeatability
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7-10 years of experience in health plan configuration or claims system setup
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in system configuration or benefit operations
  • Experience in building new configuration platforms or leading system migrations
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA
