Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Supply & Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain and planning strategies aligned with company growth and brand values
• Lead Sales Operations and Customer Service teams to enhance customer experiences and improve order fulfillment
• Oversee demand, supply, and production planning processes to ensure accurate forecasting and resource allocation

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading supply chain, planning, or operations functions within the CPG industry
• Experience scaling operations in a high-growth environment, preferably in a $150M+ business
• Expertise in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and ERP systems
• Management experience of large teams across diverse roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data for actionable insights
