A company is looking for a Vendor Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of the vendor operations strategy
- Manage operational performance, tracking and reporting on operational KPIs
- Be the primary point-of-contact for BPO vendor collaboration and communication
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in BPO vendor management, customer service operations, or player support leadership
- 3+ years managing direct reports and proficient in expectation management and performance management
- Experience managing multiple BPO vendors with a combined total of 50+ staff
- Mastery of support operations workflows, workforce management, and quality assurance
- Proficient in analytics software such as Tableau and New Relic
