Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Partner Program Sales & Incentives Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Track Program Principal to operationalize new program benefits and incentive options for partners
- Develop and optimize processes for launching partner SPIFs and other financial incentives to enhance partner engagement
- Define and implement a unified Marketing Development Funding (MDF) framework to ensure effective fund allocation and utilization
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program operations within a channel or partner ecosystem, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors
- 2+ years of related financial experience, including accounting and finance operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in a dynamic global environment
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and Salesforce.com
- Minimal travel required (10% +)
