Bankruptcy Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Ops Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and improvement of the bankruptcy servicing ecosystem
• Perform end-to-end bankruptcy functions including file management and compliance tasks
• Review and analyze bankruptcy filings to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage servicing experience specific to bankruptcy
• Experience with PACER/EPIQ/AIS and the Trustee Network
• Thorough knowledge of investor/insurer guidelines and regulations related to bankruptcy
• Familiarity with mortgage servicing platforms such as LPS, MSP, and Sagent/LoanServ
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently and in a team
