Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Claims Analyst to manage complex claims in the Leave Management department.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and determine claim payments accurately and timely
- Mentor and support claims analysts/specialists while leading claim Roundtable discussions
- Manage assigned work queues within defined service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in FMLA or unpaid leave claims management
- 2-3 years of experience in Short Term disability or paid leave claims management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree preferred
