Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and forecast organizational workspace needs, including utilization and headcount growth
• Develop occupancy analysis reporting to communicate occupancy ratios and workplace conditions
• Manage existing space configurations and oversee regional physical and occupancy audits

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Space Planning
• 5+ years of experience in workplace strategy, occupancy, and space planning
• Knowledge of CAFM Systems, Tableau, and AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Google Sheets with advanced data manipulation skills
• Strong knowledge of space management and planning concepts
