Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support within the Valuation & Advisory service line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, correspondence, and prepare reports and presentations for Market Leads
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses and timesheets for Market Leads
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as planning internal and external events
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative support role
- Familiarity with SharePoint and presentation software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with event planning and coordination
- Knowledge of expense management and time tracking systems
