Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for Brokerage Operations to support business growth and complex offerings
• Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences and enable new product growth
• Ensure operational readiness for new products, adherence to regulatory requirements, and manage operational metrics

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of back office operations including clearing, settlements, and cash management
• Significant experience with margin, credit, and derivatives products in a senior leadership role
• 10+ years of experience leading large teams
• Experience in building back office operations and supporting new asset types
• Strong business judgment and risk management experience
