Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily coding operations to meet turnaround times and coding accuracy
• Establishes productivity standards and creates operational efficiencies through workflow analysis
• Hires, trains, and manages coding staff while collaborating with clinicians and revenue cycle leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• AAPC (CPC) or AHIMA (CCS) certification with three years of coding manager experience
• In-depth knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and compliance standards
• Management experience in organizational leadership and relationship building
• Minimum of 3 years of professional coding experience required
