Team Lead, Platform Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Platform Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day activities for a small team while contributing to projects
• Motivate and train team members to achieve organizational goals
• Report to the director of Telemetry Engineering on team performance and progress

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Network / Computer Security Experience
• Proven leadership skills and experience in leading teams
• Intermediate networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with telemetry (log) monitoring and investigation
• Basic understanding of development practices and languages
