Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy workforce management strategies and identify business needs
- Maintain headcount requirements and ensure compliance with staffing regulations
- Provide analytical input on trends related to call handle time and volume for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies in call centers
- Expert level understanding of call center operations and analytics
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, PMI, Business Analytics/Risk Management, and Workforce Certification
