Operations Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Executive to drive cross-functional initiatives and support strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment and accountability
• Act as a central point of coordination for key projects, organizing meetings, tracking deliverables, and removing roadblocks
• Create and maintain project documentation, trackers, and risk management logs to keep projects on course

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of project management or operations experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company
• Proven ability to take a project from idea to execution across teams
• Experience working on post-merger or acquisition integrations is a plus
• Strong organizational skills without getting bogged down in unnecessary processes
• Experience in project management documentation from start to finish
