Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates and monitors scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs
- Negotiates and prepares contracts while considering financial conditions and contractual requirements
- Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget, providing solutions to program problems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, vendor management, or operations BPO roles
- Proven ability to define, develop, and implement complex operational processes
- Strong analytical skills for conducting assessments and deriving actionable insights
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a temporary engagement
- Experience in developing new business and expanding product lines
