Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatch Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize systems to monitor workflow and assign work to qualified technicians
• Evaluate and reassign work to available technicians as needed
• Read and analyze service orders and repair tickets for appropriate dispatching

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• 3+ years of related experience
• Ability to monitor and regulate work volumes
• Experience in communicating with technicians and departmental employees
• Skills acquired through formal training and on-the-job experience
