Hospice Licensing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospice Accreditation & Licensing Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage licensing and certification processes for hospice operations at state and federal levels
• Lead regulatory efforts to open new hospice markets and coordinate with various teams for strategic growth
• Monitor regulatory compliance and prepare for licensing surveys, audits, and accreditation reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Legal Studies, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of healthcare licensing experience, with at least 2 years in hospice or home health
• Strong knowledge of hospice licensure requirements, CMS regulations, and accreditation standards
• Experience with state and federal regulatory agencies and managing survey readiness
• Preferred certifications include Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator (CHPCA)
