Job Summary
A company is looking for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for office vendors and service providers
- Manage ordering and restocking of office supplies and maintain cleanliness of shared spaces
- Assist the Executive Creative Director and Event Planner with administrative tasks and internal events
Required Qualifications
- Ability to manage time and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with G Suite and virtual meeting platforms
- Proactive, flexible, and resourceful in supporting the team
- Able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs (23 kgs)
- Must have a flexible schedule and own vehicle for work-related errands
