Job Summary

A company is looking for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for office vendors and service providers
  • Manage ordering and restocking of office supplies and maintain cleanliness of shared spaces
  • Assist the Executive Creative Director and Event Planner with administrative tasks and internal events
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with G Suite and virtual meeting platforms
  • Proactive, flexible, and resourceful in supporting the team
  • Able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs (23 kgs)
  • Must have a flexible schedule and own vehicle for work-related errands
