Supplier Governance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplier Governance Manager to oversee partnerships with external providers in the R&D organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of study level Purchase Orders (POs) and budgets with clinical service providers
• Ensure quality and compliance of Purchase Orders, including negotiations and ongoing budget reviews
• Communicate financial standards and provide ongoing supplier oversight while chairing governance meetings

Required Qualifications and Education

• Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• BA/BS/BSc in the sciences or RN preferred
• Proven experience in life sciences or clinical research, including supplier contracting and budget management
• Experience with global ERP systems and clinical research suppliers
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and FDA regulations
