Online Business Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Business Manager (OBM).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manage workflows across departments in collaboration with the COO
• Translate company goals into project plans with deadlines and measurable outcomes
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support the COO with operational insights

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role such as OBM, Director of Operations, or Chief of Staff
• OBM certification is strongly preferred
• Strong background in operations, project management, or business administration
• Proficient with online platforms and project management tools
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze KPIs
