Key Responsibilities
- Monitor case queues, resolve escalations, and ensure SLA and compliance adherence
- Conduct quality audits and track recurring issues to drive accountability and improvement
- Partner with Product, Risk, and Engineering to surface edge cases and propose fixes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in payment disputes or fraud risk management
- Strong understanding of Reg E, Reg Z, and card network rules
- Ability to analyze operational issues and identify trends
- Experience in driving process improvements and efficiencies
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to present operational issues clearly
