Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Disputes Analyst who combines operational expertise with critical thinking to improve dispute resolution processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor case queues, resolve escalations, and ensure SLA and compliance adherence
  • Conduct quality audits and track recurring issues to drive accountability and improvement
  • Partner with Product, Risk, and Engineering to surface edge cases and propose fixes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in payment disputes or fraud risk management
  • Strong understanding of Reg E, Reg Z, and card network rules
  • Ability to analyze operational issues and identify trends
  • Experience in driving process improvements and efficiencies
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to present operational issues clearly
