Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to develop enterprise-wide solutions for medical cost containment and payment integrity
• Manage the out of network product portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product strategy and achieve business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in product, finance, or operations
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Experience with account management, sales, and client relations
• Bachelor's degree preferred or specialized training/relevant professional qualification
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data interpretation and financial modeling
