Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Operations Specialist to support new business and in-force policy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process applications, evaluate accuracy, and issue new policies in compliance with regulations
  • Manage data entry, documentation, and policy issuance tasks, including printing and mailing
  • Research and resolve inquiries from policy owners, agents, and applicants
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience with a high school diploma)
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision while supporting team objectives
  • Proficiency in applying policies/procedures and producing accurate correspondence
