A company is looking for a Policy Operations Specialist to support new business and in-force policy operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process applications, evaluate accuracy, and issue new policies in compliance with regulations
- Manage data entry, documentation, and policy issuance tasks, including printing and mailing
- Research and resolve inquiries from policy owners, agents, and applicants
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience with a high school diploma)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision while supporting team objectives
- Proficiency in applying policies/procedures and producing accurate correspondence
