A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle & Billing Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead payer-related initiatives, managing timelines and cross-departmental coordination
• Monitor aging claims and payer issues, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders for resolution
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports to support financial forecasting and operational reviews

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical billing, RCM operations, or healthcare project management
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from initiation through completion
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data modeling
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and proactively drive process improvements
