Key Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of key client metrics and oversee operational procedures
• Lead the Operations Management Team and manage team recruitment and retention
• Collaborate on quality audits and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree preferred
• 5-10 years of experience managing a team of Utilization Management Nurses
• RN license, preferably BSN or higher
• Experience with Utilization Management standards and operational leadership
• Proven track record of achieving customer service and profitability goals
