Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepares customers for implementation and conducts readiness reviews
  • Establishes guidelines and monitors installation phases to ensure milestones are met
  • Troubleshoots issues during implementation and documents them to prevent recurrence
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in Software Implementation Coordination, back-office processing, or payment operations in a financial institution
  • Ability to work occasional nights and weekends as needed
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Previous experience with software implementations is desirable
