A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares customers for implementation and conducts readiness reviews
- Establishes guidelines and monitors installation phases to ensure milestones are met
- Troubleshoots issues during implementation and documents them to prevent recurrence
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of experience in Software Implementation Coordination, back-office processing, or payment operations in a financial institution
- Ability to work occasional nights and weekends as needed
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Previous experience with software implementations is desirable
