Licensed Customs Brokerage Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Specialist to manage daily operational tasks and customer queries related to customs clearance for cross-border shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify completeness of information and prepare import documentation for timely release and delivery of orders
• Submit documentation to regulatory agencies and ensure accuracy of commercial documentation and charges
• Collaborate with service providers and logistics teams to resolve shipment issues and meet KPI targets

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration
• Basic knowledge of Excel, including navigation and functions
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, including overtime as required
• Experience in accurate data entry and analysis
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
