Key Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and design of Salesforce and the GTM technology stack
- Configure and enhance Salesforce to support GTM workflows and improve efficiency
- Guide and mentor junior implementers while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years in GTM systems, business operations, or sales operations roles
- Significant hands-on Salesforce experience, preferably as a former Salesforce Admin or Architect
- Strong understanding of GTM processes and AI-driven enhancements
- Experience guiding technical teams or junior implementers
- Deep technical knowledge of system integration, AI applications, and automation tools
