Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Business Operations - Go-To-Market Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and design of Salesforce and the GTM technology stack
• Configure and enhance Salesforce to support GTM workflows and improve efficiency
• Guide and mentor junior implementers while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in GTM systems, business operations, or sales operations roles
• Significant hands-on Salesforce experience, preferably as a former Salesforce Admin or Architect
• Strong understanding of GTM processes and AI-driven enhancements
• Experience guiding technical teams or junior implementers
• Deep technical knowledge of system integration, AI applications, and automation tools
