Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Global Director of Country Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen country operations by partnering with Country Directors to ensure compliance and effective impact delivery
• Ensure global standards and compliance by embedding policies in country operations and managing risk
• Coordinate with Global Shared Services to facilitate information flow and best-practice sharing across country offices

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience managing country offices, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa
• Adept at financial and budget management, with knowledge of financial modeling preferred
• Strong risk management experience, including crisis management
• Expertise in HR, compliance, procurement, and IT processes
• Exceptional alignment with organizational values and competencies
