A company is looking for a Revenue Operations & Customer Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure data integrity across platforms while building dashboards and automation that scale operations
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, customer experience operations, or business operations within a SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in a sales management or operations role
  • Proficient with CRM/CS platforms and data visualization tools
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in people management
