A company is looking for a Revenue Operations & Customer Experience Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive reporting, manage compensation programs, and track key revenue and customer success metrics
- Audit account portfolios, develop churn prediction models, and optimize customer onboarding and expansion processes
- Ensure data integrity across platforms while building dashboards and automation that scale operations
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, customer experience operations, or business operations within a SaaS environment
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of demonstrated success in a sales management or operations role
- Proficient with CRM/CS platforms and data visualization tools
- 5 to 7 years of experience in people management
