Facilities Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Supervisor (Remote in the Northeast only).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with The Joint Commission Standards
• Manage daily activities of the team, including scheduling, task assignment, and cross-training

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Prior experience with commercial mechanical systems is a plus
• In-depth understanding of processes and procedures within the job function
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Exceptional math skills for calculating complex figures
