Inventory Solutions Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inventory Solutions Manager responsible for driving strategic initiatives in inventory analytics, process development, and systems enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop metrics, dashboards, and reports for inventory optimization
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Lead the planning and implementation of inventory management systems or enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in inventory management, analytics, or supply chain operations
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing teams
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Access, SQL, and statistical software
• Experience with large-scale systems implementations and familiarity with inventory optimization principles
