Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auction Operations Administrator to manage the implementation and maintenance of an online auction platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Salesforce for new referrals and ensure accurate representation of assets and programs
  • Conduct quality control checks and perform data scrubs to maintain up-to-date inventory information
  • Create ad-hoc reports and extract seller data for web marketing purposes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience, including navigation and report creation
  • Minimum 1-2 years of general office experience in a real estate or related industry
  • Working knowledge of real estate auction procedures and laws preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
