A company is looking for an Auction Operations Administrator to manage the implementation and maintenance of an online auction platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Salesforce for new referrals and ensure accurate representation of assets and programs
- Conduct quality control checks and perform data scrubs to maintain up-to-date inventory information
- Create ad-hoc reports and extract seller data for web marketing purposes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience, including navigation and report creation
- Minimum 1-2 years of general office experience in a real estate or related industry
- Working knowledge of real estate auction procedures and laws preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
