E-Commerce Pharmacy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager or Senior Manager of E-Commerce Pharmacy (Strategy & Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and P&L for core e-commerce lines and identify new growth opportunities
• Manage key pharmacy and fulfillment partners, overseeing inventory and product rollout
• Track core metrics and build financial models for forecasting and budgeting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce, business operations, or strategy
• Familiarity with tools like Athena EHR, Shopify, and Zendesk
• Proven ability to execute strategic plans and drive measurable growth
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in models and performance metrics
