Required Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in client service or relationship management in insurance or financial institutions
- Specialized skills developed through job-related training and experience
- Ability to work with limited supervision and provide guidance to less experienced team members
- Familiarity with processes, procedures, and systems relevant to assigned tasks
