Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the internal organizational chart and support HR-lite functions
- Assist in tracking departmental budgets and monitor usage of SaaS platforms
- Serve as the point of contact for operational vendors and manage vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business operations or administrative coordination
- Experience managing SaaS tool usage and coordinating with multiple vendors
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and at least one project management tool
- Strong skills in budget tracking and spreadsheet software
- Detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
